Farms joining ally leagues

Because we publish our ally listings, recently a number of farms have been joining our allies.
Perhaps we could make better use of that space than a list of allies?

I think what's under "Announcements" should be moved to "Decleration of Alliance"
Doesn't look like outsiders can ever read the announcements.

Perhaps reserve the announcement slot with crucial informations like green light / red light on which league?
